Getting error 403 after authenticating api gateway that is attached to the load balancer

Please what could be the reason it is returning error 403 ? what are the steps to use to attached the load balancer of an eks cluster to API Gateway and authenticate with AWS Cognito.

    I'm still a bit confused. Which services are communicating to which other service? Are you using NLB or ALB?
