EC2 instance VSS backup fails, reason is ec2-vss-agent.exe is not installed on the instance

I'm using the Windows EC2 instance from packer image which i build and when testing the backups i got the error. I'm not able to find anything online to install ec2-vss-agent.exe file. I thought of adding to the packer image while its building.

You can install ec2-vss-agent.exe using the Systems Manager Run Command.
