Environment stuck - Can't terminate - Please help

0

Hello all.

One of my enviroments is stuck. I tried to terminate it but it had a coupled DB on it, so it entenred on a "No data" state. Now I can't terminate because it says there is a coupled DB. I already deleted the DB but still says there is a DB coupled. I try to decouple and it says "Enviroment must be on a ready state".

Everything I try it goes back to "Enviroment must be on a ready state" and if I try to terminate it says that there is a Coupled DB on it. It seems like a loop.

I am not sure where I can find the ID of my enviroment but I guess this is the one: e-2r73inr7qp

Please raise a support ticket for this issue - re:Post is a great place to ask "how" and "why" questions but we don't have access to customer environments to troubleshoot.

I would like to avoid paying 30 USD to (support subscription) to open a ticket. If there is a free way to do this please clarify with me.

Thanks in advance

I would try doing Actions -> "Rebuild environment". And then maybe you can Terminate it after the rebuild.

Thanks for the awner but I already tried "Rebuild environment" but it ends up saying that the eniroment must be in a ready state. It is like a loop hole, I can´t bring it online, I try to terminate and it says there is a coupled DB, I try to decouple the DB but it says the enriment it not ready, I try to rebuild and it says it is not ready, I am stuck.

Will it be charged on my account even if the environment has no use?
