The Meaning of User Icons in AWS re:Post
Thank you for your assistance. This question relates to the following question. What do moderators and AWS icons mean for re:Post users? https://repost.aws/questions/QUAsU27tkQTayra-hPhF1YCQ/what-do-moderators-and-aws-icons-mean-for-re-post-users Since there was no response to the additional questions in the above case, we have drafted this case. We would appreciate it if you could enlighten us on the following points ・Can I take the answer from the expert user as an official answer from AWS? ・What does it mean when a user does not see the words "expert" or "support engineer" but only the "aws" icon? ・What do users with the word moderator mean? Thank you in advance for your cooperation regarding the above.
rePost re-link login?
Is it possible to re-link the AWS account and retain the original re:Post profile? I have oAuth'ed against a root account, and for security purposes, I created a brand new IAM user without any permissions, except for the ones needed to auth. But when I login user that user, re:Post auth service thinks I am a new user. How does it detect the user? I thought it was AWS Account ID, since that is what the sign in screen says "Login with your AWS Account". But it seems to use something else. How do I login with the same AWS Account ID, just using an IAM user instead of the root user login? Thanks.
Log in to My user in AWS re:Post
Hello, I'm trying to be an active member of the AWS re:Post Community to help my peers when I have time. However, for some reason, I can't log in to my user multiple times. So every time I want to answer a question, I need to re-create my user which is a bit annoying. I'm using AWS SSO to log into my AWS Accounts so am guessing that my re:Post user disappears when my AWS IAM Role credentials get rotated. Is there a way around this issue, or have I made some mistake creating my re:Post user? Thank you!
What are the re:Post community tiers' features and requirements?
[FAQs](https://repost.aws/faq) mention that there are 6 community tiers, which are also present on the My Dashboard page. What are the point requirements for each tier? What features are unlocked when one reaches a new tier? StackOverflow, for example, [lists](https://stackoverflow.com/help/privileges) the privileges gained with increased reputation. I believe revealing the rewards motivates to take action.

Notifications on Comments Answers on Email | re:post Features
Hi I am Supporting Questions in the Community, I answered 30+ Questions but I do not find some missing features, 1. When I answer Question, If the Questioner comments or asks something or someone answers the same questions, I am not getting an Email notification but only if the questioner accepts the Answer - IS this the right behavior of the repost, or does you have to do something on it? 2. From FAQ I found that AWS Expert will review your answer to get more points --> but what would be the timeline for the AWS Expert to review it? 3. IF I answer a question and the Owner of the question is not able to respond so what happens? AWS Team will review it? what would be the expected timelines for this review it? 4. Attachments are missing here --> Do you have any roadmap for this ? 5. For Example i have logged in from **ABC** AWS account created profile and answered some questions got badges etc later if i am logged in as **XYZ** account now whats happing re:post recognize as a new user but with the same Email lost all history -- Is this the correct behavior or you need work on this?
