Instance i-030d334a44bbd4b8e stuck at stopping
I resized my instance based on recomendations of the AWS Computer Optimizer. Started the instance only to have the CPU maxed out and unable to do anything after logging in. I tried to stop the instance so I could change the instance type again but now it is stuck at stopping. This is our PDC so we are pretty much screwed right now until it comes back up. And hopefully without damaging Active Directory!
Instance running very slowly - not sure on best instance type
I have an instance that is running very slowly, and users have difficulty getting ssh access, which is very slow. We suspect it is a memory issue, but not sure, as I have looked on AWS Compute Optimizer, but although every other instance is showing up this one is not (note optimizer has been applied for some months)? I am interested to understand the issue, and if it is memory, and then I would like a recommendation on which instance type/size is best for this instance - but can't get the details of what elements of the instance are struggling (i.e. memory, network, etc...)? Any suggestions on what I do next greatly appreciated. Thanks

Unable to access EC2 instance?
In the EC2 instance details, i am finding this error "User is not authorized to perform: compute-optimizer:GetEnrollmentStatus on resource: * with an explicit deny in a service control policy" under Amazon Compute Optimizer section. Because of this while I am connecting to EC2, it is showing error as "verify that your iam policy is correctly configured to use ec2 instance connect."
