How do I integrate Observe with AWS DevOps Agent via custom MCP server?

hello
it seems that i have two re:post accounts.  one is with my aws builder id and the other is with management console of account i dont have access any more.
when i login with my aws management console it offer me to create a new re:post profile.
in my current builder profile, i turned off all notification and remove all topic from following , yet i still get daily re:post emails. i need to find a way to marge the accounts or remove the old account .
