I don't have the last name in any ID proof and want to leave it blank. I didn't hear back from anyone. Urgent:- Was unable to take the AWS Cloud Practitioner Exam due to surname mismatch
Hi Team, Today i was unable to take the AWS Cloud Practitioner exam scheduled at 08:00 am IST to 09:40 am IST due to mismatch between my Account Surname (ie: in short) and the surname in my passport (fullsurname). Exam:- CLF-C01: AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner Candidate ID: XXXXXXXXXX Registration ID : XXXXXXXX Pearson Vue case id: #XXXXXXXXX I have tried updating my surname by raising ticket in amazon support,but have not received any reply yet. Exam with PSI could not verify ID
I have an exam booked for 13:00 WAT today 17th-09-22 with PSI. during the check in, the proctor said the name on my ID (Popoola Olayinka Israel) is not the same as appeared on the portal (Popoola Israel). i presented 4 means of Identification, but unfortunately, all are with the middlename. I was unable to sit for the exam. On the demographic page of AWS training, there is no slot for middlename, hence the confusion. What do I do next. I hope I wont have to pay another exam fee for this. Kindly advise and help
Linking AWS Certifications with AWS IQ
Hi team, I recently had awareness of the AWS IQ platform, and I was compelled to sign-up for it on behalf of my firm. I have a quick concern while signing up for AWS IQ as a consulting firm: how do you integrate the certifications - currently, the firm has 71 certifications over the AWS Partner Central. Steps that I took: 1. I added the personal information and selected the Role of Project Manager - Done 2. "Link your AWS Certifications Account" - Pending I want to integrate those 71 certifications instead of personal certifications with the AWS IQ profile as I am not signing up as an individual expert but rather as a project manager who wants to deliver services on behalf of the firm. https://aws.amazon.com/certification/policies/during-testing/ according to aws middle names aren't required but the testing agent says it is worse yet i have requested a change but that could take up to 48 hours there is no way to contact aws regarding testing what do i do i am about to loose $150 i spent on trying to get my certification :( :( please help
AWS exam shows "The check-in window for this exam is now closed."
I launched my exam on the exam day for AWS Solution architect associate - however it shows **"The check-in window for this exam is now closed."** I was not aware I could not reschedule less than 24hour before the exam, which I had done previously, but the system did allow me to reschedule. I was wondering could this have been the case, why I could not take the exam? Additionally, what can I do now? As the system should not have allowed me to re-schedule. Thank you
Not able to see BEGIN exam option for the cloud practitioner exam from today
Hello Amazon team, today I had my cloud practitioner exam scheduled for 12:15 a.m. I was online at 11:40, as mentioned in the registration e-mail and followed all the steps for the online check-in, but unfortunately I got no begin exam button displayed. I logged in and out several times, I also tried several browsers, followed all the steps, but still no button there. Log in to your AWS Certification Account On the homepage, click "Manage Pearson VUE Exams", you are taken to the Pearson VUE dashboard Click on your scheduled exam under "Purchased Online Exams" Click "Begin Exam" and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the check-in process I also could not find an option to reschedule my exam. AWS Cloud Practitioner Challenge -- Not Receiving Exam Discount Code
I have several coworkers who registered for the [AWS Cloud Practitioner Challenge](https://pages.awscloud.com/GLOBAL-ln-GC-TrainCert-Cloud-Practitioner-Challenge-2022-reg.html) and never received an exam discount code. They registered in early August 2022 (several on/around August 2), received a confirmation email for registering, but they still haven't received any kind of discount code via email (they checked their junk folders). It's been several business weeks without any kind of communication about the discount code. I even had one person register another time after not receiving any code, but they still didn't receive a code. We see that the terms and conditions say AWS will provide codes "while supplies last." **Does anyone know if AWS is still passing out exam discount codes for the Cloud Practitioner exam?** I didn't see anything else from the terms/conditions that explain why they wouldn't be qualified.
Not able to see BEGIN exam option for upcoming exam| AWS cloud practitioner certification exam
Hi Amazon Team, I am facing the issue regarding my upcoming AWS certification exam of AWS Cloud Practitioner through PeasonVue(OnVue) and I cannot find the BEGIN button to start the exam. I still see the "cancel/reschedule" option but not the BEGIN option. I tried refreshing as well as logging in and logging out the account also, but still no luck. Can you please help me as I have to appear for this exam in few hours. And how am I supposed to begin my exam if I don't see the option to start it. Please let me know if the details of the exam which I scheduled are required as I don't want to miss out. Kindly look into it asap.
Computer shut down during test
Hi, Today I did the associate test and when I was almost done with the test (few questions left), my computer shut down because of battery life. The Pearson vue application blocked my low battery life notification. And after contacting them they told me to wait to get a response back. Can you please help me to get a new test? I was studying really hard for the test and was sure I was going to pass. My computer battery died because I waited an hour and 15 min for the test to even begin in the first place… Thanks in advance for your help
