Not Sure Can ask this question here or not & with which tags.
Apologies for any wrong tags or any mistakes in my questioning.
To learn for Azure Certifications, Microsoft has some official documentation for each certification such as https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/certifications/azure-developer/
Similarly, do we have any official Learning Documentation for AWS Cloud Practitioner, and Developer Associate?
In my efforts - I have found the official docs/information for specific topics but not like the sequential topics in certification perspective.

My company is an IT consulting firm that would like to enter the cloud industry and become an AWS partner. We aim to assist small and medium enterprises in migrating their on-premise infrastructure to the cloud and work on backup solutions.
One of my colleague has already managed to register for an AWS partnership account using our company name. However, the AWS partnership support is not helpful to assist us with any questions, and hence, I am trying to seek answers here.
Now that my AWS partnership account is created, I have a new business in assisting my customers with AWS migration, and I need to create a new AWS account. Here is my question: how do I verify that the new AWS account is actually part of the partnership? When I log in to the AWS partnership portal, it only shows one opportunity, and I cannot see anywhere that the new AWS account I created is linked to the partnership account.
Any expert who knows the answer, can you please help me out?

Hi there, On February 7, 2023 I made a transfer for AWS Service Charges (for January) and also for Linked Account Allocation (debt for November 2022).
As a result, our debt for November 2022 is shown as ”payment past due” but it was paid.
Could you help me to handle this?

Hi AWS Support, my account got hacked and the hacker changed my email address and created MFA auth. So, now I cannot reset my account as the verification email is going to the hacker's account. I received an email for 15 dollars alert and I am sure there will be more. Please do something at the earliest and reach out. This is a different email address from which I am asking this question.
And please ease the process of reaching out for help. It's really become chaotic to be in such a panic situation.

I'm new to the community, wondering how to use my technical skills to help others solve their AWS challenges. I think that contributing technical blog posts (such as those on AWS Blog) could be one way. Could you help me to find any guidelines on the available topics, publishing procedure, etc.?
I am a non technical person with severe medical condition.
I purchased multiple domain names and Route 53 hosting service from AWS.
I hired a freelance web developer to develop my website on AWS and make it live.
I created a user account for him but he is facing many issues.
My web developer is asking me to give him the login details (password) because we have been waiting for few days now for help from AWS technical support.
My questions are:
1. Shall I give my Root/Account owner's password to my web developer who I have hired on contract basis?
2. My web developer is getting following error messages while trying to create and launch an instance on Ubuntu to deploy Wordpress on AWS:
API ERROR (for instances, instances running, placement groups, volumes, dedicated hosts, key pairs, security groups, Elastic IPs, Load Balancers, Snapshots)
AMI ID not valid (for Ubuntu),
"An error occured loading the data (for Instance type).
3. How can I give access to one of my domain names to my web developer?
Please note that I am suffering from a severe medical condition. It is very difficult to speak with AWS because they return my call at 2 am and 4 am in the night. This disturbs my sleep.
One the other hand I am paying to a web developer to build my website.

my standard server is down even though I don't have a different account in any way. I'm getting an error switching to nitro how can I fix this? i want to use my server this is a big mistake
