As of a month or two ago, it appears all new .xlsx files created in or moved to WorkDocs are missing the functionality for creating PivotTables. Older files that were around when that functionality was available still have access to it, but new files lose the option. There are no settings within Online Excel to enable/disable this functionality. Is there a way to restore PivotTable functionality within WorkDocs Excel files?

Fix the displayed error to show what the actual problem is and not "not successful, try again". Many people who use Workdocs will not know how to do this or know how to troubleshoot.
When you set up a link for a folder there is no option for setting the expiration date. The we are sending out are expiring too soon.

external vendor who has access to the workdocs folders in- sitename= fashionbrand is now unable to access it. how do they reset the password as that option (to reset password) is not available in the sign-in page.

Some of my users are getting the following message on the Workspaces. They are using the current WorkDocs Drive client and not the Sync client that is being deprecated. Does anyone know what might trigger this message? Some of these workspaces are a brand new image that never used the WorkDoc Sync but some were migrated from an older image that did use the older WorkDoc Sync client. We began getting reports from users yesterday, but are not seeing the issue on our internal test workspaces.

Few folders got missing or deleted unknowingly. Is there any chance to retrieve those folders back?
How do I ensure multiple people own a Workdocs file? Just want to make sure that in case an employee leaves the company or group, that several others have ownership of a shared folder. How do I do this? How do I view existing permissions?
