As of a month or two ago, it appears all new .xlsx files created in or moved to WorkDocs are missing the functionality for creating PivotTables. Older files that were around when that functionality was available still have access to it, but new files lose the option. There are no settings within Online Excel to enable/disable this functionality. First, the Feedback link under support just forwards to `https://itportal-tcp.corp.amazon.com/` is there another place to give feedback besides "asking a question"? Many people who use Workdocs will not know how to do this or know how to troubleshoot.
In WokDocs, it appears that there is a default expiration date for folder links. Is there a way to change it?
When you set up a link for a folder there is no option for setting the expiration date. The we are sending out are expiring too soon.
I am trying to export the content of WorkDocs **to** S3. There is some service or procedure to do it efficiently?

Some of my users are getting the following message on the Workspaces. They are using the current WorkDocs Drive client and not the Sync client that is being deprecated. Does anyone know what might trigger this message? Some of these workspaces are a brand new image that never used the WorkDoc Sync but some were migrated from an older image that did use the older WorkDoc Sync client. Few folders got missing or deleted unknowingly. Is there any chance to retrieve those folders back?
How do I ensure multiple people own a Workdocs file? Just want to make sure that in case an employee leaves the company or group, that several others have ownership of a shared folder. How do I do this? How do I view existing permissions?
I am trying to export the activity from a file on my WorkDocs and it's not working - how can I fix this? I have downloaded the companion apps and still nothing.
