Does RI sharing in orgs apply to RDS RIs too?
Does RI sharing between accounts in orgs apply to RDS RIs too? And for that matter ElastiCache RIs, OpenSearch, etc? This knowledge article just refers to RIs, so I would assume they mean all types of RIs, but the URL says EC2: https://aws.amazon.com/premiumsupport/knowledge-center/ec2-ri-consolidated-billing/
Purchase AWS Credits
The company I work for is offering to purchase AWS credits for my personal AWS account for professional development and learning opportunities. I have to use the funds by the end of the year. Is there a way I can pre-purchase AWS credits with these funds so they don't expire at the end of the year?
Canceling Inactive Service
Hi, My prior company was acquired by my current one, and the AWS services from the old company have been running for well over a year since then (without any use). I only have permissions to start/stop/create instances, so can't change billing or cancel service. Can anyone point me the right way to get this account killed off?

Amazon S3 Issues
Hello, I wonder if I could get some help for a pending AWS S3 issue. I am on a free tier subscription which is meant to end on the 30th of November ( Two days' time). So Amazon has been sending me emails to terminate all pending services within my subscription to avoid being charged for service usage after the expiration date. The issue, however, is that when I check billing, I can find services connected to S3 buckets, but when I check for buckets in my environment, I cannot find any buckets. I have reported this to Amazon and they are suggesting they are perhaps API requests. Now I am very new to AWS services so not very conversant with where to look or what I am supposed to do to terminate all these services and tools. Therefore, could anyone please help explain exactly what i am supposed to do to terminate all services or sub-service or tools within my Amazon environment to avoid being charged? I have attached a copy of my billing and S3 environments. Aggregating Transfer Quota across Lightsail Servers
When it is all said and done, I will have many Lightsail servers, each with a minimum of 5 TB of transfer quota. Currently I have a 5,6, and 7 TB plans. That is 18 TB total, but the current hosting plans are for more compute power requirements than transfer needs at this time. However, transfers rates are expected to swell. Underpaying for data transfer on some and hugely overpaying on others seems unsportsmanlike! Can’t all these transfer quotas be aggregated / combined so I don’t get clobbered with overages on the public facing server?
EC2 Snapshot attaches to SQL Server License
Good day, I have an EC2 instance that was launched using Ubuntu 20 with SQL Server Standard. It was supposed to be launched as Ubuntu 20 WITHOUT SQL. We reached out to AWS support and resolved this by uninstalling the SQL Server software and created a snapshot, which we used to launch an instance without the license attached to it. Now, we have launched another instance from a new snapshot from the new instance and the new instance comes up with the SQL Server Standard license and we have been billed for this license. Please help!
