Is private cloud offering "AWS Outposts" part of billing report?
AWS Outposts is the private cloud offering from AWS. I think its bill is also part of the billing data CSV from S3 bucket as part cost usage report configuration. If you know for sure that’s great otherwise, what is the best way to confirm that?
AWS MGN , EBS Volumes
Hi Team, we are doing a lift & shift migration using AWS MGN. In on-Prem we have 1 TB storage attached to a server in that only 250 GB is utilised. Why we need to pay for unused volume ? Can you please guide us providing a right solution.
Hacked AWS account closure with no credit card
Hi, I setup an AWS account as a student on a course in 2019. My account got hacked yesterday Aug 22, and an alternate email was added without my consent and huge charges run up. My predicament is my credit card linked initially is no longer active as I moved countries and AWS want me to add a new credit card to my account. I am new to the country that I moved in. It will take a year to get a credit card and in the meantime AWS keep telling me to contact the bank to sort the credit card. Finding it futile telling them that the bank will not provide me a credit card without establishing a credit rating. They refuse to close the account and delete resources, stating privacy issues. The greater issue of cybersecurity breach and customer assistance is no longer on their list. PLEASE HELP
Moving management account to another organization
Hi, we have set up AWS SSO to our billing/management account with several other accounts as members of this AWS organization. We now need to move our accounts to a service provider who manages our billing instead. Will our SSO still works in this new set up? Do we need to set up AWS SSO for each accounts that will belong to another billing accounts? Also will we lose capabilities to centralize our policies from a management account which we now control? Thanks
Tremendous Amount of Data Used
We're new to AWS and launched an EC2 instance, in addition to some other services. Public website isn't active. Main concern is Elemental Media Package at the moment used 500GB for one of the packages this month and we are not sure why so much data is being processed. Last month, there was over 2TB of data processed.
I can have the api that allows me to display the costs linked to each of my AWS services used ?
Hello I may have expressed my request incorrectly, I apologize. The links you sent me, I have consulted them several times. Several times but I can't find the URL or API that allows me to collect my ecological and financial footprint data and services associated with the periodic user cost, then display it to me in json or csv format. (My services and cost associated with user aws periodically). Thanks
Are the numbers describing the AWS Support pricing tiers exclusive or inclusive?
On the AWS support comparison page there are some numbers given to describe the price of support: https://aws.amazon.com/premiumsupport/plans/ For example Enterprise support: > 5% of monthly AWS usage from $500K–$1M Or > 3% of monthly AWS usage over $1M For the first bracket, a client of AWS may be charged $1M x 5% = $50,000 In the second bracket they may be charged $1M x 3% = $30,000 A difference of $20,000. Which tier would I be charged for were I to use exactly $1M worth of services?
