Hacked AWS account closure with no credit card
Hi, I setup an AWS account as a student on a course in 2019. My account got hacked yesterday Aug 22, and an alternate email was added without my consent and huge charges run up. My predicament is my credit card linked initially is no longer active as I moved countries and AWS want me to add a new credit card to my account. I am new to the country that I moved in. It will take a year to get a credit card and in the meantime AWS keep telling me to contact the bank to sort the credit card. Finding it futile telling them that the bank will not provide me a credit card without establishing a credit rating. They refuse to close the account and delete resources, stating privacy issues. The greater issue of cybersecurity breach and customer assistance is no longer on their list. PLEASE HELP
Moving management account to another organization
Hi, we have set up AWS SSO to our billing/management account with several other accounts as members of this AWS organization. We now need to move our accounts to a service provider who manages our billing instead. Will our SSO still works in this new set up? Do we need to set up AWS SSO for each accounts that will belong to another billing accounts? Also will we lose capabilities to centralize our policies from a management account which we now control? Thanks
Change master admin email
I set up my AWS account with an email address I no longer have access to. For example, firstname.lastname@example.org. I can still log in without an issue, but notifications from AWS are going to that email address which hasn't been reachable for almost a year now. I'd like to switch it to email@example.com and remove all references to firstname.lastname@example.org. I read somewhere that the process involves IAM, but it is not clear how to do that. I also read somewhere that the process involves making changes in `AWS Organizations > AWS Accounts` settings page, but that is also not very clear. How do I switch the master admin email?? fwiw, email@example.com happens to also be what I use to access my amazon.com account.
AWS Control Tower - Ownership account
Hello, I am trying to figure something out that I noticed during my deployment of AWS Control Tower. There seems to be something different then I expected in the account page of the Control Tower landing page. The accounts like Log Archive and Audit all have their ownership to AWS Control Tower, you can see this via de GUI on the Control Tower Landing page. However, I used the account factory to spawn an account in a new OU (Shared Services). This account is called the Network account. The ownership of this account is set to: "Self" My question really is: Why is it set to "Self", what influences this decision? ![SelfOwner](/media/postImages/original/IMIbfWjlH4RY2wYF5Y_8OL1g)

I can have the api that allows me to display the costs linked to each of my AWS services used ?
Hello I may have expressed my request incorrectly, I apologize. The links you sent me, I have consulted them several times. Several times but I can't find the URL or API that allows me to collect my ecological and financial footprint data and services associated with the periodic user cost, then display it to me in json or csv format. (My services and cost associated with user aws periodically). Thanks
How do I successfully "Sign up for AWS GovCloud (US)"
When I click on the "Sign up for AWS GovCloud (US)", I see questions for part of a second and then get the following message: Access to the AWS GovCloud (US) region has been denied because you did not meet one or more of the prerequisites. Please contact AWS Customer Support if you believe you received this message in error. I have tried with 3 different accounts and they all give the same error.

Not able to clone a codecommit repository
I followed these steps to get access to codecommit but i'm not able to clone repositories. 1. Install latest pip and git-remote-codecommit 2. Create and IAM user with policy AWSCodeCommitPowerUser and attach SSH and AWS Git credentials. 3. Configure the IAM user locally. I get the following error when try to clone through ssh: ``` Cloning into 'nfs-utils'... Enter passphrase for key '/home/risbhat/.ssh/id_rsa': no such identity: /home/risbhat/.ssh/id_ed25519: No such file or directory Permission denied (publickey). fatal: Could not read from remote repository. ``` I can see the repository exists and I have added the ssh keys/Git credentials to my IAM user. Am i missing some step?

Are the numbers describing the AWS Support pricing tiers exclusive or inclusive?
On the AWS support comparison page there are some numbers given to describe the price of support: https://aws.amazon.com/premiumsupport/plans/ For example Enterprise support: > 5% of monthly AWS usage from $500K–$1M Or > 3% of monthly AWS usage over $1M For the first bracket, a client of AWS may be charged $1M x 5% = $50,000 In the second bracket they may be charged $1M x 3% = $30,000 A difference of $20,000. Which tier would I be charged for were I to use exactly $1M worth of services?
