I am having issue with installing WorkDocs Drive. Initially it was installed and worked for about a week before disappearing. Whenever I try to install again I get the following 2 error codes 2503 and 2502. I have received advice to uninstall WorkDocs Drive however the issue that I have is that the WockDocs Drive is not currently installed. I cannot see it in the program list so therefor I cant uninstall it. If I try to uninstall or repair I get the message that it is not installed. I have rebooted the workspace and confirmed that the latest .net framework is installed. Still receive error code 2503 and 2502. Any advice here would be greatly appreciated.

I setup a Workspace which I would like to protect it by whitelisting IP. After I added my public IP (IP X) to IP Access Control Group, I am able to connect to my Workspace. I have a proxy server built using shadowsocks on Ubuntu. I connect my computer to this proxy server using ClashX, and get my public IP (IP Y). When I connect to the proxy server, I have to whitelist both IP X and IP Y before I can connect to Workspace. If I only whitelist only either X or Y, I will not be able to connect to Workspace. What could be the reason? Thanks.

Hi there, I'm used to work with an Autostop Workspace with no problems. The vm contains VS Code and other basic stuff. Yesterday I wanted to use it, but the client returns an error. The AWS console reports Starting status. It stays for quite some time (an hour or so), then it goes back to Stopped. Basically, I can't work anymore with this Workspace. I've tried to connect via RDP adding the firewall rule etc, but I got a connection refused error. I've tried via AWS CLI, but the result is the same. I have a basic subscription, so I can't open a support ticket. Any suggestion? Thank you.

Every time we change the "Computer Type" of an AWS Workspace, we get the Windows error "We can't sign into your account". Windows creates a temporary user profile, and all the previous settings and programs for that user are gone. Signing out and back in does not resolve the issue. We then have to do a rebuild to get it working again. This happens every time. Seems odd that we can't upgrade or downgrade a Workspace to Value, Standard, Performance, etc without starting over completely. Is this by design or is the Workspace just a bad setup to start with?

I've added and IP address to the Workspaces IP Access Control Groups. Saved and nothing happens. I'm still able to login to my workspaces via the workspaces client from any IP. Am I missing a step?

Hi, I have had an ongoing problem with copy/cut-and-paste operation with the Amazon Workspaces client on MacOS. I have experienced this with both Intel based Macbooks and M2 based Macbooks - when doing copy/cut-and-paste operations my Macbooks hang (spinning wheel). Please can you resolve this issue?

I'm using AWS Workspaces with the Workspaces client on mac and I get the error message: ``` Disconnected. You have been disconnected, either because you also logged in from another location, your host was shut down or restarted, or a network error occccured. Try to log in again. If you're unable to log in, contact your WorkSpaces administrator for help. ``` This error started to happen after I deleted a Workspace and created a new one. I've tried rebooting, rebuilding, restoring, etc. Network connection is healthy. Do you know how can I fix it?
