PSI Exam not launching

I had issue on January -29-2022. Pearson VUE exam not launched My online Pearson VUE Exam scheduled at 12:00 AM IST, 29th January, 2022 through Pearson VUE, I have joined / Log in to AWS Certification Account well before time. 30 mins before. Before this I successfully completed System test. On this day I had horrible experience, due to fact that my exam did not launch from Purchased Online Exams. Dashboard throws error “The PSI Browser was not launching. later.” I contacted Pearson on chat but did not get any response and PSI Browser was not launching because of other application were open even after terminating all the processes and application it was giving same error I waited for more than 2 hours to resolve the issue Here is the sequence of events * • 30 mins before I Log in to AWS Certification Account. * • On the homepage , I clicked “Install PSI Browser and Launch Exam” and it ask me to download the PSI browser * • Next I ran the PSI-SecureBrowserSetup.exe and after Launching the browser it asked me to terminate all other running application and processes and I tried multiple time to terminate the process and application but every time it was showing same error. * • Because of above mentioned problem I failed to launch Exam ” * • After trying to multiple times and I also contacted Customer service using CHAT option but did not got any response from them. * Appointment Details * Exam: DVA-C01 AWS Certified Developer - Associate - English (ENU) * Candidate: Rasika Mahadik * Candidate ID: AWS02566742 * Email id : mahadik.rasika1995@gmail.com * Date: ‎ Saturday, January 29, 2022‎ * Time: ‎12:00 AM India Standard Time‎‎ I'm disappointed. I spent so many hours in preparation for this exam and arranged empty and silent room for the exam and spent lot of money into it. I request that my case is investigated and I get full refund or I get opportunity to reschedule the exam . I hope my issue will be resolved soon.

Frustrating experience - Pearson VUE canceled my exam - Connection lost during cert - Although my Wifi was excellent

Hello, I had a bad experience taking the AWS cert with PearsonVUE yesterday. It was highly frustrating. I had scheduled the AWS SysOps Associate for 14th Fri 6:45 PM PST. The test began on time and after 10 mins, the PearsonVUE system got disconnected and showed "attempting to reconnect". It attempted to reconnect for 30 mins during which I tried to speak with a proctor, none responded. After 30 mins I didnt know what to do and I decided to close the application and relaunch it. This time I was allowed to initiate the test from the 11th minute which is great. After 15 mins again the same problem occurred. This time I waited for another 25 mins, no proctor responded. Finally I had to close the browser and tried to relaunch but I was not allowed to relaunch. During this entire experience my WiFi was excellent. On Sat morning I learnt that I am FAILED. This is highly frustrating experience. It takes a lot of effort to prepare and schedule for these exams. Now, the system allows me to retake the exam only after 14 days. Meaning I have to dedicate time again, for no fault of mine. Lot of people have had complaints with PearsonVUE and am not sure how we are considering them as the choice of test administrators. How does PEARSONVue plan to compensate me for the time and effort that I have lost? And they seem so rude during communication with the proctor. I dont know how large corporations are still collaborating with PearsonVUE.

Proctor misconception revoked exam - Pathetic service by Pearson?

Unacceptable experience with Pearson. I have scheduled AWS Cloud Practitioner exam on 18th December 2 PM, Here are the issues I faced: 1) I ran system at 1:15 eveything was OK during the system test 2) 1:45 PM agent chat me that he cant hear me and put me back to the queue 3) 2:15 PM another agent said the same thing and put me back the queue 4) after 30 minutes some agent allowed to the exam 5) While I was writing the exam, some proctor gave me a warning that I should not speak loud I said ACK 6) Immediately she has a misconception of thirdparty entered into the room left side webcam, in reality that's a mirror reflection at my back 7) revoked the exam immediately and she has not given me option to explain as well and note down the customer care - Case ID : 07419031 8) I contacted Pearson Customer care, they were not able to help me and hung up 9) Sent an email to Pearson Customer care, no response yet 10) After few calls, I insisted them to investigate, they came back to me saying exam was revoked correctly 11) Spoke to senior supervisor Bryan, he suggested me to contact AWS, & he doesn't know how to contact AWS ( No information provided ) just said contact AWS 12) Now, I explored myself to contact you about this issue. 13) Please get the investigation done, and share me the proof of picture that third party entered into my room. 14) Based on the pictures shared, I will decide to go legally or not. 15) Pearson is a pathetic service I have ever seen

Pearson Vue exam did not launch and then cancelled

Hello, The AWS Cloud Practitioner exam does not load through Pearson Vue platform. I was scheduled to take the test on Friday, December 3 2021 at 10:30 am CET. I did all the system checks the day before and joined the online exam platform 30 minutes in advance as recommended. The security tests passed. Initially after 45 mins of waiting, a proctor checked all my surrounding and he said that he will release the exam. But the exam Window didn't launch because of technical issues (precisely "browserlock.exe" is not loading). The proctor asked me to close the session and we tried relaunching the OnVue software, which did not work again. Then he disconneted the call and also the exam session. I had to start the exam session again, because the proctor closed the previous session, but this time I had to wait another 1 hour to connect with a Proctor. The 2nd Proctor also tried to release the exam, but after few tries he gave up and told me that he will connect to some technical support. Again the exam session was ended. The 3rd time when I tried to start the exam session, I could not find the exam link. Few moments later, I received a mail that the exam is cancelled and the fee will be refunded. So many months of preparation, course trainings and energy wasted because of technical issues. The certification is part of our Company's internal Employee development plan to help educate developers and system engineers in migrating to AWS. I, part of Architecture Team, have to deliver a Cloud solution to our On-Premises software in mid February. But with this kind of experience, I could not encourage the others to pursue these certification paths to educate ourselves. I hope there is more reliability in these certifications, in order to motivate ourselves to learn about the new technologies and also to reach our milestones that we set for ourselves. Forensic and statistical analysis FAILED the exam

Yesterday I took SAA exam and after the exam ended it showed that I passed. However today I received this email from AWS that I failed when they performed some forensic analysis. What in the world is this thing. I didn't do anything. I showed invigilator everything I was doing and he had no objection. I didn't speak or used any program other than PSI secure browser. And now I receive this email. It also says all my previous certifications are revoked. What the hell is this. This is a system generated email and I cannot reply to it. Who am I supposed to contact here I'm literally shaking right now. You are receiving this email because AWS has detected statistical anomalies in your AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate exam performance, which prevents AWS from validating and certifying your results. AWS performed forensic and statistical analysis on the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate exam that was delivered under your AWS Certification account on Dec 4 2021 3:40AM. AWS's use of data forensics to detect statistical anomalies is explained in the AWS Certification Program Agreement ("the CPA"). As permitted by the CPA, AWS, in our sole discretion, has invalidated your AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate exam result and revoked any previously issued AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification related to your exam result. You are not eligible to receive a refund of any testing fees.
