A couple of days ago a friend logged into my AWS account. And it turns out that now it says that my account is at risk but it's not like that, because it was under my authorization, I already did what the account asked me to do and I still can't create new distributions. Please help
Our web servers (three separate websites) keep crashing and our web developer thinks this is some kind of issue with the main control panel on Amazon, however, there are no issues with our account health. Any insight into what the issue could be would be greatly appreciated!

My SES account was suspended without notice or warning even though all my quality metrics were excellent.
Anyway, I contacted support who advised me to delete the IAM user and create a new one.
I did so and Amazon reactivated my account.
problem: I changed in my script putting the new credentials (without changing anything else) and I have the following error:

In my amplifyconfiguration.dart I have "Region": "us-east-1" everywhere and the same region in my bucket in console. What can I do wrong?
I was trying to set up a pinpoint project for email transactions. However, I have already set it up but when I went to "request production access" option I didn't find the Singapore region in the request region dropdown option. Please let me know how my expected region will be available in the region dropdown option.

How can I export and import EC2 Launch Templates, including version history and launch scripts (advanced)? Exporting to another EC2 account/region is not sufficient, I need a way to get them off AWS and stored locally.

Hi,
I am currently receiving an AWS charged alert email and seeing a Cloudwatch alarm in my Verginia dashboard. Attempt to delete all services and instances, however the alert remains. I accepted the earlier rate by email, however I'm not sure whether there is any instance still operating that could potentially increase the charge.
All of the services I've utilized were from AWS Coursera classes and were not for personal projects. Thank you for any advice.

I'd like to use AWS service in advance.
1. How can I pay in advance? There is an option called 'Advanced Pay' in the manual, but I don't know where the billing console is.
* The first attached photo is related to the manual.
* The second picture attached is the billing console I am looking at.
2. Is the pre-payment method a method of using as much as the pre-payment and additional payment is made for the additional part of the service? Or is the service suspended if I use all the pre-paid ones? If possible, I would like to use the latter method, is it possible?

I have been able to create a cloud formation stack given the guide but the provided url doesn't prompt me to authenticate, it shows me a blank screen instead *find attached*. I was wondering if anyone has worked with this in the past and can guide me.
Please can someone help? I created a business AWS account earlier this week for my team to set up an SFTP. For some unknown reason, a few days later i am unable to sign into the account. When i try to sign in as a Root User, i receive the message 'Signing in with the root user is disabled for your account. You need to re-enable this feature.' When i try to recover my password, i receive the message 'Password recovery is disabled for your AWS account root user. You need to re-enable this feature.'. I can't seem to access the Support Center, as whenever i try, i am taken back to the login page. When i try to sign in as an IAM User, i receive the message 'You authentication information is incorrect'. When i click on 'Forgot Password', i receive the message 'Account owners, return to the main sign-in page and sign in using your email address. IAM users, only your administrator can reset your password.' I am literally going round in circles and can't seem to find a way into my account. Can anyone help? TIA

While acting as root, I renamed /usr/lib64/libssl.so.10 and that broke a lot of things including ability to ssh into system and ability to sudo.
I can't revert to the old state since i can't get root access(!).
I know its my fault but had no idea it would break so easily.
Can you tell me hoe to revert to working state?
