Unable to login Wordpress dashboard of website while writing unable to login website through wp-admin rather give an error

How would I login to wordpress dashboard provide quick concise solutions please
before this I was able to login through wp-admin

I've wordpress website hosted on Lightsail meanwhile, I forget the username and password and unable to reset password and username it gave an error,
therefore, the best way to find username and password from the Phpmyadmin dashboard

Furthermore, you give no details other than you cannot log in to a WordPress website. Are you hosting this site on AWS? What does your architecture look like? What kind of troubleshooting have you tried? With the information given (i.e., the error message), I'm going to suggest you log in to your application.
