Cannot enter some websites from workplace

I am representing a DataCenter in Turkey, Our Network is unable to visit the following websites;

https://getir.com
https://www.beinconnect.com.tr
https://www.a101.com.tr

It immediately rejects by saying;

`403 ERROR
The request could not be satisfied.
Request blocked. We can't connect to the server for this app or website at this time. There might be too much traffic or a configuration error. Try again later, or contact the app or website owner.

Our ASN is AS43391.

These websites are used for online shopping, sports viewing and such. We are pretty strict when it comes to Abuse and wish to fix this situation to enable the connectivity again.

How should we proceed?

If I'm reading the question correctly, you cannot connect to the websites listed which are run by third parties.

If that's the case you need to contact the owners of those websites. If they have a policy which is denying access that is something only they can fix.
