Why in the AWS Organization account, not getting access to Claude 3 Models in Bedrock and showing invalid payment instrument error even after updating payment card to visa credit card

My company has account in AWS and in payment has visa credit card of the CEO, when submitting use case details and trying to get access to CLAUDE 3 model in AWS Bedrock, it shows invalid payment instrument error and shows request failed, even after deleting and updating payment card again, it is still showing same error and we are not getting access to the model, it is an IAM/organization account

Hello.

If you have a payment error issue, I recommend that you open a case with AWS Support under "Account and billing".
Inquiries under "Account and billing" can be made free of charge.
