i am facing some issues in installing AWS migrating tool in red hat 6.9, URLError: <urlopen error unknown url type: https>

If you are referring to AWS MGN ( Application Migration Service ), documentation for client installation is available here: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/mgn/latest/ug/linux-agent.html

RHEL 6.9 is supported , could you give more context of your error ? log file ?
