alias to elastic beanstalk environment

My elasticbeanstalk environment could work on a previous record of host zone. But when I creates a new host zone and record, and want to alias it to the ealsticbeanstalk environment, it shows 403 forbidden error. Please tell me how to solve this problem, thanks!

What Elastic Beanstalk platform do you use?
For example, if you are using Nginx, have you configured virtual hosts?
If this setting is in place, content can be displayed successfully when accessed by an old domain, but may return 403 content for a new domain.
Also, can I check access logs, error logs, etc.?
The output may contain useful information for troubleshooting.
