Exactly - I cloned the notebook job from the table. When I selected the cloned job for edit, the notebook code was the default you get when you create a new notebook - not the code from the notebook I cloned.
I tried this a few more times - I think what happened is that I changed the name and clicked "save" before the notebook was fully loaded. When I do this, the notebook contents are the default. If I instead wait for the notebook to load before clicking "save", it works as expected. I guess I was a bit impatient. :-/
How do you reproduce that?, if I do "Clone job" with the notebook selected on the table, it does copy the notebook contents

For me the notebook cloned the cells and named the notebook "-copy", no idea why is different for you
