Unwanted Billing

I am a Student Studying I have applied for a free AWS account to learn then why is it billing me when it was free. i don't have money to pay the bills

AWS Free Tier is a limited service.

Therefore, you will be charged when you exceed the Free Tier.

I recommend sign in to your AWS account and creating a support case under "Accounts and Billing".
