Integrate Shopify account to Amazon Connect, but no option.

When I try to connect my shopify account to my Amazon connect,I'm unable to do so as the "Add Integration" button is not available. I also tried this in a different region, but it still does not work

  1. In the navigation pane, choose Customer profiles.

  2. On the Customer profiles configuration page, choose Add integration.

That buttion is not there.

Hi Azeez! Have you previously integrated with Shopify on this customer profiles domain? I would run a quick ListIntegrations call on your domain to see if there is one that is stuck for some reason: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/cli/latest/reference/customer-profiles/list-integrations.html

If nothing shows up and you are still unable to see this integration in your AWS Management Console, please reach out to AWS Support via a ticket to see if we can assist.
