Compare names and address from 2 files

I have 2 excel sheets and I need to compare them side by side. The names needs to be generated from 3 columns, first name, middle name and last name. The address needs to be generated from street, city, country. I can write python code for this, but...

Is there an aws service that does this? I remember having read about it on aws blog. But do not have the details about the service.
