Usually AWS responds within 12 hours. Try to contact your Account Manager or to upgrade to a higher support plan temporarily if needed. Plans with live agent access may help troubleshoot issues faster.

Please submit a ticket to the AWS Training & Certification customer support team, and they will provide assistance. If you already submitted a case, please allow at least 48 hrs to get a response.
