in TD we have -- CAST((CAST(FROM_TIME AS INTEGER) MOD 60) AS FORMAT '99') . How to achieve the same in Redshift?

CAST((CAST(FROM_TIME AS INTEGER) % 60) AS VARCHAR(2))
