Active Services

Question

I just got a mail in which it said that my free Tier is running out soon and that i should cancel all my active services if i dont need them. when i checked i saw that i have a cloudwatch service active which appearantly came with the free tier. But i cant find any way to remove that active service? 
Also when i looked into Cloudwatch it seemed to be active on 2 servers but i couldnt find any services in said servers.

Pls help!

In particular, under the “ Stop using AWS services” you can check how to see active services and resources  (https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/check-for-active-resources).

Hello, Thanks for your answer, i saw that article already but i had the Problem that i couldnt find any active elements on my CloudWatch that i could cancel. but in active services i can see that i have 1 active service.
