Hi Team
I have completed an end to end connectivity with Salesforce. I am able to receive inbound and make outbound calls using Service Console. I can also see "Contact Trace Record" and "AC Contact Channel Analytics" within Salesforce, including Transcription and Sentiment tags.
While I can see the Call Recording under the Contact Record within Amazon Connect, the Transcript is missing. Please let me know where to find it or how to get the Transcript along with Call Recording.
