Kendra Indexing not completing

Hi, Kendra oncall checking in - With limited context we couldn't determine what is happening. In case the issue is still there, please open a ticket with AWS Support and provide necessary information in the ticket, e.g. account id, data source id, index id, etc so that we can carry out investigation. Thanks!
