How to switch from AISPL to AWS account?

Question

I made a Lex Bot and now I want to integrate it with Amazon Connect so that I can make an IVR. Yesterday when I was doing that then an error came as Indian AWS accounts are administered through ASIPL, not AWS, The error screenshot is provided below:

I have checked the same thing on the web and on repost itself but I haven't gotten any particular answer. So, can anyone please give me a workaround on how to access Connect from India? Can I get a US based account from India itself?
