AWS usage charges

Dear Team,

Hope you are doing well. I got below message from AWS.

This e-mail confirms that your latest billing statement, for the account ending in ****6877, is available on the AWS web site. Your account will be charged the following:

Total: $32.40

I have not used any AWS services recently, so not sure why this email was sent to me. Can you please advise when I used AWS services in 2024. Also, please can you remove my AWS subscription and remove my bank details. I do not want to use AWS for now and I do not want the monthly subscription fee to be cut from my bank account.

If I want to use in future, I will subscribe AWS

Since AWS re:Post is a community forum site, we can advise you on billing issues with your AWS account, but we cannot resolve the issue.
If you are experiencing unexpected charges for AWS charges, please contact AWS Support by opening a case under "Account and billing".
Inquiries under "Account and billing" can be made free of charge.

Thanks Parthasaradi. I closed my account but there is no delete option highlighted to delete my bank details from Payment preferences section. Please assist.

  • Delete your resources before deleting the account or you will continue to be charged.
