Each file store in EFS that have default permission 777 is it possible?

Hello guys need help

i want every file that store in EFS that have default permission 777 and also any file that create in EFS that automatically gets 777 permission.

and i mount EFS in my suse linux machine.

is there any policy there or any other way ?

Hello.

There is a way to set permissions on the root directory in the EFS access point settings, but there is no setting to change file permissions.
Therefore, when mounting EFS from the OS, you will need to change the permissions using the "chmod" command.

  • when i change mount point permission to 777 then every file that store in this directory can have default permission 777.
