What means Launched Opportunities for "AWS Select Tier"? Does this mean that we have to indicate for the last year that we worked with 3 different clients (accounts) with a total MRR of 1500?

This indicates Maintaining a total number of newly “Launched” opportunities via APN Customer Engagements (ACE) Pipeline Manager in AWS Partner Central over a rolling 12-month period with a minimum combined total of estimated monthly recurring revenue (MRR).
