Internal Service Error updating Directory Service password

I have a lambda function to update Directory Service password every month. Now the lambda start failing, so I try to update via web console, but got this error

Thanks for supplying the RequestId. If you can also tell me what region and when it failed, I can look up the failure reason in our logs.
