Registration using US LLC or UAE Emirates ID ( Company )

Hi IQ Team,

I have a question regarding registering in aws iq as an expert.

• I have opened an LLC in the USA and it's in active condition but I am not a US resident or citizen. Can I register myself as a seller in AWS IQ?

• Similarly I have opened a company in UAE and have received an emirates id and can reside in UAE as a resident. Also my company has a bank account in UAE as well. So can I register myself as a seller in AWS IQ from UAE?
