I would try disabling the theme, that should take the site back up and allow you to try to install it again. The path to the theme folder is usually something like /wp-content/themes/[your-theme-name]. Renaming the folder will automatically deactivate the theme and WordPress should fall back to using a default theme, where you can then log in into the wp-admin panel and try the install one more time.

note you can also disable the plugins by renaming the folder and testing it out.
I couldn't get to /wp-content/themes/[your-theme-name]. I had to use phpMyAdmin to gain access, then I disabled all the plugins. It worked. Thanks for your answer. Your answer helped me figure out where to look for the solution.
