SageMaker ResourceLimitExceeded

Question

I am using free-tier and this is my first time creating a sagemaker. I am not using any other resources but I always get this error

I have read the document and other resources but still so confused.

What should I do?

Hi,

Please try submitting a request for quota increase via https://console.aws.amazon.com/servicequotas/home/services/sagemaker/quotas/L-B683BCB0
(the quota displayed there will likely be the default one 2, I would suggest using 3 as the new requested value to submit the request)
