Workspace and its backups and images are all missing

I have been using workspace with windows server and was running accounting software for 4 years now, last November my account was disabled for non payments although we were using AWS credits on constant basis to cover the workspace fees. Amazon decided to disable the entire workspaces for $80 and a month later made the payments and the account was reactivated. After logging in, I noticed everything was missing and it seemed as if I had never used workspace, no backup or images to restore from. It’s pending AWS and with no luck, they seem to be saying we are looking into it and that’s about it. It’s very concerning so yeah . Geez

Hello.

Is it possible that you are checking the wrong region?
You might also find out something by checking CloudTrail's event history.

If you have contacted AWS Support to recover your account as described in the document below, I think it is best to wait for their response.
