Global Accelerator has high latency when alb ssl handshake

my alb in region asia and http request from africa route53 route req to ga and ga route req to alb tracert show that connect is very quick （20ms）but ssl handshake has very high latency（500ms） the ssl handshake latency from other region like asia is low（2ms） how to fix it？
