Need help with running katalon testcases in device farm

However, kindly note that AWS Device officially does not support Katalon and supports testing frameworks mentioned in below documentation.

Moving ahead, if the error being observed is Katalon specific then you may search for the error in Katalon community.

However, if the error being observed is Device Farm service specific then we require details that are non-public information such as Job arn, customer artefacts and test spec and test spec output for failed run.
