amazon linux2 and nginx version

You can install 1.22.1 by installing with "amazon-linux-extras".
I think you can install a newer version than 1.22.1 by adding the Nginx repository.

sudo vi /etc/yum.repos.d/nginx.repo

Please enter the following settings in nginx.repo.

[nginx-stable]
name=nginx stable repo
baseurl=http://nginx.org/packages/amzn2/$releasever/$basearch/
gpgcheck=1
enabled=1
gpgkey=https://nginx.org/keys/nginx_signing.key
module_hotfixes=true

[nginx-mainline]
name=nginx mainline repo
baseurl=http://nginx.org/packages/mainline/amzn2/$releasever/$basearch/

sudo yum-config-manager --enable nginx-mainline

sudo yum --showduplicate list nginx

sudo yum install nginx-1.25.3 -y
