Need 3 failing nodes terminated

Have 3 failed nodes (all part of a cassandra cluster) stuck in shutting-down. Would like to replace them (using same Name tag) as soon as possible. The instances are:

i-08f1ee1bbe711cce9
i-0df0d4ccf6b5e51d6
i-0b9eef307e55c5aea
