About bring SAAS product into AWS Marketplace

Question

Hello everyone, I wanna ask about bring my company's SAAS product to AWS Marketplace but I have some questions when customers subscribe or contract to our contract
-My SAAS product doesn't packaged to be portable or be installer to deploy the solution immediately to the customers when they subscribe to our product. 
+ But instead I wanna to give them information to contact us and we will support immediately, or when they subscribe, it will trigger SNS Notifications to send customers information and our company will contact later
+ It still appear price for contract or subscriptions, information about our products same as others products in AWS Marketplace but only can't deploy solutions in AWS but need through our company's instructions.

So the questions are:
- Can my SAAS product above upload to AWS Marketplace?
- Can it be pubic appear for everyone/customers to see in AWS Marketplace?
