Trace ID informed in CloudWatch Log Groups doesn't match with Trace ID on X-Ray

I was wondering the meaning of the trace ID displayed in the CloudWatch log groups. It doesn't match any trace ID listed/available in CloudWatch X-Ray. Can you help me understand its usage?

May I know how do you get the json from CloudWatch log groups? It looks like a w3c format trace id, and how do we know this trace is sampled or not? Refer to https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-specification/blob/main/specification/trace/sdk.md#sampling
