Webview2 Browser Control blocked by firewall

I am unable to install an application (Tradestation) due to an error that Microsoft Edge Webview2 Browser Control is blocked by firewall. I have tried to install Microsoft Edge browser, webview2 control from Microsoft and also tried by disabling the firewall. However the issue is still not resolved.

Please let me know if you have faced the similar scenario and the steps to address the issue.
