Recommend Users for a specific Item?

From what I can tell the standard use case for Personalize is to get Item recommendations for a User. Is there a way to get User recommendations for an Item?

My use case is sending out a mass email about a specific item going on sale. I only want to send the emails to customers who may be interested in that item. Ideally i'd be able to submit a job to Personalize to give me a list of all Users with greater than n score for this Item.

Is this possible with Personalize?
