AWS access portal URL displays blank page so that IAM users cannot login

Hi,

I created 2 IAM users with AdministratorAccess Permission sets (by group membership) and email invitation. Each email invitation was sent correctly. Both users were able to set their passwords after clicking on the invitation link. After the passwords were set a redirect message appeared for a short time on the page but then a completely white page was displayed making it impossible for the users to login.

The AWS access portal URL that shows the blank page is the following: https://d-c3671ee253.awsapps.com/start

It would help me already a little bit if you tell me if you see a blank page too when clicking on the above link. This would exclude a problem on my computer. Please make this click.

It would help me too if you know if this is a common error. A link to an article or an answer that solve the problem would be perfect.

The above link is not generating any blank page. Its working fine. You may consider trying with different browsers, clearing cache and browser cookies, try with different machine, remove any VPN/proxy etc.

Thank you very much, Navya! Until this problem occured I always used Microsoft Edge when working with AWS and never had a problem. That's why I didn't try another browser before asking this question. Indeed this problem does not occur with Firefox. Furthermore, I deinstalled the extension "Halo wallet" in my Edge and now the link even works in Edge. Again, thank you very much!
