SES service can’t be released to my account

Back in the day our company had problems with sending too many emails due to hackers getting access to our website. We are still not able to add new services from AWS because of that. All safety measures were improved and since that time we did not have more problems but we still can’t get new services from AWS. Is there any way to have AWS checking our case and put us as a trustable company again?
