reboot due to degraded hardware but instance fail to start with 1/2 status check failed

Question

I received notice that there is degrade of hardware and I reboot my EC2 as requested.

Yet instance fail to start, with 1/2 status check failed.

It shows " Instance reachability check failed"

Below is extracted from System Log

Accepted Answer

Problem solved.
Selinux is enabled after switching instance.

Solution
Create a new instance , and mount the original volume
change the grub/menu.lst and add selinux=0 to disable SELinux for once
The instance then boot normally. proper setting is done afterward.
