Opened a ticket for limit increase 5 days ago -- Unassigned

I understand for the small guys we don't get the same treatment, but can someone please help out?

It says no longer than 48 hours I will receive a response, but it's been 5 days.

Hello.

If you have applied for a service quota and have not received a response that the upper limit has been relaxed, I think it would be a good idea to contact AWS Support and check the status under "Account and billing".

  • Yes, it is. At that time, if you enter the case ID that you used when applying for service quota, AWS Support will be able to confirm it.
